  • Your refund request is made within 14 days (2 weeks) of your purchase.
  • You have not consumed more than 10% of the email verification credits from your plan or purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
  • If more than 10% of credits have been used.
  • If the refund request is made after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • If your account is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or is engaged in fraudulent or abusive activities.

Refund Method
