Zeruh is shutting down on 17 November 2026

After careful consideration, we have decided to shut down Zeruh.com on 17 November 2026 so that we can focus entirely on our other products, Maileroo and CampaignLark. We know this is disruptive, and we have tried to give as much notice as possible so you have time to export your data and move to another provider.

What has changed already

Effective immediately, Zeruh is no longer accepting new registrations, and we have stopped accepting new payments, subscriptions, plan changes and credit purchases. Existing accounts are unaffected by these changes and remain fully accessible.

What happens between now and 17 November 2026

The service will continue to operate normally. You can sign in, use the dashboard, run single and bulk verifications, and call the API exactly as before, using whatever credits remain on your account.

If you are on a recurring plan, your subscription will not renew after 17 November 2026. You can cancel it at any time from your billing page, and you will keep access to your remaining credits for the rest of the notice period.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued automatically. If you would like a refund for unused credits or for the remainder of a subscription you have already paid for, you must contact us through our contact page and request one. Please include the email address on your account and the invoice or transaction reference so we can locate your payment quickly.

All refund requests must be received by 17 November 2026. Requests are reviewed individually and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, which can take up to ten business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exporting your data

Please export any verification results you need before 17 November 2026. Every completed bulk verification can be downloaded as a CSV from your dashboard, and results are also available through the API if you would prefer to pull them programmatically.

On 17 November 2026 the service will be discontinued and all account data, including verification results, uploaded lists and API keys, will be permanently deleted. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

• Today — new registrations, payments, subscriptions, plan changes and credit purchases are closed.
• Until 17 November 2026 — verification and API access continue as normal for existing customers.
• 17 November 2026 — final day to export your data and to request a refund.
• After 17 November 2026 — Zeruh.com is shut down and all data is permanently deleted.
